Refund Policy

At Anime Gift Store we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with any tags or accessories included.

How to start a return

Email us at animegiftstoreshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns without prior approval may not be processed.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item), we cover all shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item, size or style is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including final-sale or clearance items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel or amend an order before it has been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
